All sales are final. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Back outs are not permitted once order is placed. We will not hesitate to black list buyers who do not follow through with their orders.

Sales are based on first come first serve basis.

Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details and can make payment promptly.

Prices are final and non-negotiable.

Payment must be made to our Maybank account within 3 days of confirmation.

Goods will be mail out every Friday after full payment is received.
